The Player App is free to download and use to play SpeedQuizzing.

The venue or person hosting the quiz purchases a SpeedQuizzing activation which allows them to host SpeedQuizzing from a Mac or PC on a per-day basis.

An Activation allows an unlimited amount of player devices to connect to the host software, rather than the 4 player devices, which is the demo mode limit.

A single activation will cost £24+VAT (per day) lasting for the whole of the booking date until 6am the following morning. After which the system will reset back to demo mode (4 devices).

There is however a more cost effective subscription-option where this figure can come down to as low as £15+VAT per day when subscribing and paying up front for the 52 activations deal.

Once purchased, activations sit on your account in credit form and can be used as and when required with no expiry date. So for example, if you initially planned to use one of your 52 activations per week for a year, but then decided to take a break for a month, then those remaining activations will carry over to be used the next year.

As well as lifting demo restrictions for a day, an activation also comes with a set of quiz questions known as a Quizpack. A Quizpack contains 70+ trivia questions.

A Quizpack can be used in its entirety, or you can edit it in our online Question Manager, replacing as little or as much as you like with quiz question-content of your own.

Note: Purchases come in the form of SQ credits, with three SQ credits equaling one activation.
